Replace carburetor with a Zama carb: C1Q-S44A, C1Q-S53A, C1Q-S58, C1Q-S66 and C1Q-S71.

Replace spark plug with Bosch WSR 6 F, Champion RCJ6Y or NGK BPMR 7 A
7.9″ longer shaft than FS 45, Powered by STIHL HomeScaper Series engine.
If engine is down on power, difficult to start or runs poorly at idling speed, first check the spark plug. Fit a new spark plug after approx. 100 operating hours or earlier if the electrodes are badly eroded. Wrong fuel mix also causes problems with this Trimmer.
